It will tell you the serving size and how many servings are in the whole container on the nutrition label. Generally the serving size is about 2 cookies, though if they are big, most likely just one.
Every gram of carbohydrates contains four calories. If your nutrition label says that the food you are eating contains 5 g of carbohydrates, then you are eating 20 calories from carbohydrates. So that means that there are 25 grams of carbs in 100 calories
I'm sure that caloric content varies slightly depending on the brand or source of the dry roasted peanuts, but the nutrition information label on a 16 ounce jar of "Planters Lightly Salted Dry Roasted Peaunuts" says one ounce [one recommended serving] contains 160 calories.
Have you checked the nutrition facts...? That might be a good idea. Just saying.
Yes, a Monster energy drink does have Creatine in it. The Nutrition Label does not say Creatine exactly. On the label is says sodium citrate, which is another name for Creatine.
To calculate this, check the nutrition label on the can to see what constitutes one serving, then divide that into the total quantity. Make sure that you compare apples to apples, so to speak. The 14.5 ounces may be the net weight of the sauce in the can and not necessarily the fluid measurement of the sauce. For example, let's say the per serving amount on the nutrition label is 1/2 cup. If the can's label says 14.5 fluid ounces, then just divide that by 4 ounces (1/2 cup) and you get 3.625 servings per can. If, however, the can's label just says 14.5 ounces, then pour the sauce into a measuring cup to find out how much total sauce you have. If you measure 1 1/2 cups of sauce in your measuring cup, then you obviously have 3 servings per can.Note: If you have to pour into a measuring cup, some of the tomato sauce will stick to the inside of the can. Just do the best you can to scrape as much as you can into the measuring cup. A small rubber spatula will work well for this.
The thing you read might not have been talking about your particular brand of soda. Not all diet soda has zero calories.
Whatever it says on the label
As a percentage of the whole, I'm not sure. But it will be pretty high because there is the acid from the tomatoes and the acid from the vinegar in ketchup.
A label that says flame resistant.
look on the label and see what it says remember that only the calories for that serving so if you are having more multiply by the number of servings you are having IE if the calories are 15 for a serving size of 1 cookie and you are having 2 it would be 30 calories
Whatever it says on the label .
