Hey,for d guy to tell u that u should wait till u are 18 means he likes u a lot and don want to do anything to hurt you.From what u wrote,the guy seems like a decent person and he is angry because he is thinking that that ur friend that got a tattoo is going to influence wrongly so he is thinking that u are just like ur friend so he's backing away. So go ahead and talk to him and ask him what the matter is. I also think that you should not date a guy that has a tattoo, and since he is not talking to you than he might not like you anymore, or he is embarrass
