On a 1990 celica how do you adjust the headlights how high or low they rise because other cars such as the MR2 have a knob behind the headlight?

in answer to this question i don't know how to adjust the height they move when the lights are turned on or of with the switch, but there is a knob below the motor on each light that will manually raise or lower the light
