The tappets may need adjustment or replacement, due to wear.
think you have to shim them up !!i/e pack them out .
Normally loose tappets will cause a ticking sound in the engine. Depending on if you have mechanical or hydraulic tappets you may need to have them replaced or simply adjusted.
If loose they will need replaced.
Indefinitely, but you could create more damage to the valve train the longer you wait to repair/adjust the valves.
it is not a cracked engine block it is just a loose block
A loose engine mount would not normally cause the engine to fall out because each car has several motor mounts. A loose mount could cause the motor to be off of balance.
Not usually. If the rocker arms are loose because the cam lobes are worn down, that could be an indication of a worn engine, which might have bad rings or loose valve guides, which would cause an engine to smoke.
If you have a loose spark plug, your car will not stall unless maybe your engine has 3 cylinders. If you have a 6 or 8 cylinder engine you would just loose some power and your engine would run a little rough.
Engine mounts could be loose or worn.
Look over the entire engine for any loose parts. Listen to see where the noise is coming from. The noise could be anything from a loose bolt to an engine going bad.
Sounds like the engine is going to need a complete rebuild.
Loose or corroded ground connection on the right headlight assembly.
