Exhaust are longer than intake. Exhaust goes thru the loop in the gasket, intakes set outside gasket.

By lifter order do you mean the order the push rods go in? If so, I don't remember the exact order....it's been a while. I can tell you that the intake valve uses the short push rod and the exhaust uses the long one.
remove screws. some may be hidden in the carpet and under tab covers.then the pannel will have one way or push ankers . just use a screwdrive to pry away.
