Hi, the button is down near the base of the e-brake handle in the center console. You just need to follow the reset procedure outlined in the manual, and I believe you do this with the key in position one. But again... look in the center, between the seats rearward of the shifter but just in front of the e-brake handle.
There is a button type switch to the rear of the emergency brake, turn on ignition, starting car and hold button type switch. Light will reset. Also check air pressure on tires prior to above.
There is not a pressure switch however there is a temp warning sensor on the back of the crankcase in the bottom
No, a sending unit is for a gauge, and the switch is for a warning light.
From the Owner's manual :How to initialize the tire pressure warning systemPark the vehicle in safe place and turn the "POWER" switch OFF.While the vehicle is moving, initialization is not performed.Adjust the tire inflation pressure to the specified cold tire inflationpressure level. (→P. 565)Make sure to adjust the tire pressure to the specified cold tire inflation pressure level. The tire pressure warning system willoperate based on this pressure level.Turn the "POWER" switch to ON mode.Push and hold the tire pressure warning reset switch until the tirepressure warning light blinks slowly 3 times.Wait for a few minutes with the ON mode, and then turn"POWER" switch OFF
After starting the engine, the oil pressure rises. The switch changes from either open or closed at a predetermined oil pressure, switching off the warning light. If oil pressure drops during operation, this light should come on, warning you of this dangerous situation for the engine (and your wallet).
Next to the odometer is a button. Press it to switch between odo and trip. While in trip, hold it to reset the tripometer.
The light warns you that you are not wearing your seatbelt. Pushing the button cancels the warning.
There are three major warning light issues: For the oil change/oil filter warning: Start with the ignition switch "ON" 1. Push the "ODO/TRIP" button to change the display to blank. 2. Turn the ignition switch off. 3. Turn the ignition switch to "ON" with the trip meter "RESET" button held down. 4. Keep pushing the "RESET" button for longer than 5 seconds after the ignition is turned on. 5. the master warning light comes on, a warning tone sounds and the message disappears. For the tire pressure light: 1. key on 2. engine on or off 3. close all doors 4. press and hold the tire reset button under the drivers side dashboard (this is tough to do and impossible without a flashlight) 5. the warning screen by the odo will say pressure initial 6. release the button when the screen returns to blank. For the A/C filter light: 1. key on 2. engine on or off 3. doors closed 4. press and hold the fan off button on the environmental control area 5. the info meter will read a/c filter reset or something to that effect 6. release the button.
hold milage reset button in and switch on ignition.hold for about 5 seconds and it will reset.
There should be a warning light in your dash , something like FUEL RESET Also , the button on the top of your fuel pump shut off switch ( inertia switch ) will have popped up
The mysterious tire warning reset switch isn't on the dashboard proper at all. Instead, it's under the lower lip of the dashboard near the steering column, just about where your left knee is. If you open the driver side door and look under the dash, you should see a small black "Tire Set" switch just slightly to the right of the OBD II port. Press the switch for about three seconds and the tire warning light should go off. The low tire pressure warning light will come on after the tires have been rotated. System must be reinitialized by pushing the reset button If your tires have been rotated you must "reinitialize" the system. With motor not running turn key to "on" position then push in the reset button, keep holding it until the warning goes out and the light blinks 3 times. Without this step the light reappears constantly.
It's at the bottom rear side of the oil filter housing. It has only 1 wire out of it.
