I have the same problem with my 2005 1500 Silverado Crew Cab, V8 5.3L Vortec. The passeger side windows do not work from either switch, driver's door or passenger side. The front window makes no noises from either the driver's switch or the passenger switch. The rear passenger window does make a clicking noise when I try to manipulate it from the driver's door and the rear passenger switch though. I checked the fuse box that is inside next to the driver's door and found a silver looking fuse that says it is for the left door. I found out that it is actually a circuit breaker after some internet research, a 25amp breaker to be exact. The power seat switch (I only have the driver's seat powered and that is a 30amp breaker) and the blower for the AC/heater also stopped working. After some more internet research I found a 3rd fuse box that is basically underneath and behind the stearing collum. There was a small plastic piece that holds the cover in place and acts like a nut. That's where the relay for the blower, the breaker for the right sided windows and the driver's seat are. I swapped the breakers that are for the left and right windows and the right still not working, but the left did, so I'm guessing the problem is not the breakers. Any other thoughts on what the problems are and how to fix them? (On a side note, I realized that each one of these things went out after I installed Progressive's SnapShot device. The unit beeps if you have to break hard and each time it beeped another problem came up. I don't know if the unit is what caused these issues, but I called Progressive and they told me to take the unit out and they are sending me a new unit just in case the one that I have is deffective.)
If anyone has a situation similar to this i just found out that it comes under windows live essentials!

Normally a hatchback has a windscreen, rear window, 2 front door windows and 2 rear passenger windows. In a 5door car the rear passenger window is normally split into 2 (one stationary and one that can wind up or down). If a pane is defined as an individual window, a 5 door hatchback normally has 8.
We own a 1997 Taurus that has had many minor electrical problems. My brother owns the exact same car in a Mercury LaSable make. He too has had minor electrical problems. We found out that problems specifically with the power windows were related to the fact that the car's doors leak water when it rains. That water gets in contact with the window circuits and in short time your windows will stop working. My windows stopped working, and me and my wife would sit in the passenger seat pushing the up and down button jokingly complaining about how our Ford didn't work. After 6 months of this old joke, the windows started working again. This car runs on electrical voo-doo. Be prepared to buy lots of fuses. Hope this helps.

Windows Vista received poor user reviews after its release. Many problems plagued Windows Vista, including enhanced security features that were intrusive and irritating to users, as well as a lot of software previously compatible with Windows XP no longer working. Over time, through service pack releases and various software updates, Windows Vista turned into a decent operating system, although it is now outclassed by the more recent Windows 7.
