I have gotten my parts from the Motorcycle shop. Most of the time you can order parts you may need from the Honda or from a motorcycle shop like the Kawasuki or like shops that sells all types of parts from many different shops. Or you can order them straight from the AlphaSports website. Alpha-Sports.com

mine is under the plastic plate right above where u place ur feet, the cover is approx. three inches by one, u just use a screwdriver to pop it off
