Picked a zit now its an opened wond can see the red flesh that's sopposed to be under my skin and its right in the middle of my forehead it looks like i riped a big chunck out please help me i beg you?

ok first dont panic now you might want to put some of that butterfly tape on it if not just let it scab over and put some neosporin on it. Just because it lookes like you took out a big chunk out doesnt mean there will be a scar the worst thing you can do at this point is taking the scab off before it is healed that will cause a scar.
