Please help- I am a high school student struggling with learning japanese... Where is a free translating site that I will be able to type in full english sentences and have it translated to romaji?

The only place I know of would be Google translate, it also provides Romaji pronunciations but the accuracy of the translation would be dependent on the English sentence's accuracy and complexity. From experience and what I have seen/heard it is not much reliable, maybe in future, but not now.
Other than that there are free online dictionaries you can utilize, or websites you can pay a low fee to get their Japanese teachings as well as communicate with the teachers, such as Japanesepod101. I haven't tried this one but japaneseclass.jp is a free learning site with good courses as well. There is also a very good forum on jisho.org, currently the best and easiest-to-use online Eng<->Jap dictionary which uses the hard and much-appreciated masterpiece work of Jim Breen's JDIC as source.

Though Google's translation service is not particularly accurate for anything beyond the most rudimentary sentences, if you are translating into Japanese there is an option to "Show Romanization", this will display the Japanese with the Latin Alphabet.
