A telephone number written correctly in international format begins with the telephone country code, which is one, two, or three digits, never beginning with zero, written with a single plus symbol in front. For example, the USA and Canada share country code +1, Italy is +39, and Fiji is +679. The plus symbol means "insert your international access prefix here"; the most common prefix is 00, but many countries use other prefixes.
It is incorrect (but unfortunately commonplace) to see numbers written with two plus symbols.
More to the point, though, telephone country code +877 is not currently in use. It has been assigned for some future maritime telephone service (for example, ship-to-shore calls), but is not yet activated. As of 2014, there are no valid telephone numbers beginning with +877.

If you are trying to call an Indian domestic 1800 number from the US, you can try dialing it as if it were an ordinary geographic number in India, using India's telephone country code +91. You can try dialing it as either +91 1800 or +91 800. (On a mobile phone, dial the full international number, including the plus symbol; on a landline, replace the plus symbol with the prefix 011 for international calls out of the US.) If the call completes, you will pay international toll rates. If the call fails, you can look on the web to try to find an ordinary geographic number for the company you are trying to reach. Some companies in India may have North American toll-free numbers, in area codes 800, 888, 877, 866, 855, and 844.
