I guess I am not quite sure why changing the battery would prevent the car from starting, all other things being equal. Are you sure nothing else was done to the vehicle? Who replaced the battery? I don't know why, but the car isn't getting fuel. If it cranks and has spark but does not fire then it is a good chance the fuel pump is no longer operating properly. Once easy way to test this is to see if you can hear the fuel pump operating. You should be able to hear it when you turn your key to the "on" position (just before starting the engine). There should be a momentary buzz from the back as the fuel pump pressurizes the line.
Possibly a bad alternator. The Alternator charges the battery when the vehicle is running. If the battery is not being charged this could cause the vehicle not to start.
