check fuses........ rosdale joe Better ANSWER Door lock solenoid, it is what activates the levers to lock and unlock the door. You will need to remove door handle and interior door panel to get to it.

Umm, there are still manual locks. Take your finger and push the lock over and unlock the door. Good Luck!!!!

You have yo remove the door panel, if you don't know how go to you auto parts store and get a book for your truck it will show you how. The linkage is what sound like is broken.

Sounds like your alarm (factory alarm). Go to the passenger side or the liftgat and unlock using your key and it should stop. Mine does it and I cringe everytime I unlock it...
