Provide details of how you would sell a product to a customer from start to finish?

Well first you can just ask them if you need help. Then you can just be generous to them so they know they can buy that product. If you see something cheaper for them to get then you can let them know about that instead of something exspensive. Don't be to generous or you just might give the whole entire store AWAY!!!!!. First I would introduce the product what it is and by who, then I would then I would say how wonderful it is and why they should consider buying it First of all I would find out all information about the product, even read up on it, find all the good points about it, which is a World Class service. I would ask the customer what it is that he/she is looking for in the certain product. I would then use the good points to sell the product to the customer like who its by and what it does. I would then recommend a cheaper model but insist on that product and explain that for just a few pound more its better quality. The customer would think twice about saving a few pound but I will press on the quality issue. The customer will then buy the higher quality item thanks to my exceptional knowlegde and customer service.
