Quarter size lump on my neck like just a bit right under my left side of my jaw and i want to know what it could be i have a soar throat too and it doesn't hurt but it does throb slightly?

That quarter size lump in your neck is rather harmless. It is a gland that helps your body to heal itself (especially when you have a sore throat). it tends to swell when you get sick. they can end up being painful too. If it grows to the size of a ping pong ball or larger it means you are getting sicker and you should probably see your physician.
