Try checking the courtesy lights fuse because this can also affect the radio even if the radio fuse is not blown out. It may appear on the fuse panel as CTSY or something. Also, check all of the fuses and make sure they are not burnt out as well.
Otherwise it could be numerous things such as a fuseable link, fried wires, loose connection, and etc.
