I can't exactly help you with what gear ratio your truck has, however Chevrolet/gmc quit making a 5.7 litre in like 2001 or 2002, so i was more intrigued by your claim that your truck has a 5.7. It probably has a 5.3, just wanted to clear up the confusion. This is all however void if you have, in fact, put an old 5.7 litre Chevrolet in your 2006 truck.
