Does it hurt when u pee? Like burn or sting? You should go see your doctor and have it checked out. If you wait it could get worse. It could just be an inflamed hair follicle or it could be an STD.

Hemaphrodite is not used in medical circles as it is not accurate. Inter-sexed is the appropriate term and according to Intersex Society of America (see link below) 1 to 2 in 1000 children born are physically altered by the medical society to better "fit into normal society." With no choice made by the child and often without parental permission; the doctor just plays God and decides what he/she thinks is right, not think for the child's future psychological states. This approaches the idea of "Hmm you have dark skinm but your features are European, let me change them to look more African because I think you will be happoer for it."
