If it's still loose, call your dentist. The sooner a dentist sees this issue and takes care of it the more likely you will be to save the tooth/gum. If you don't have insurance or can't afford a dentist call the local health department or local church run shelters. They often have dental clinics for people who are under privileged or who can not afford the dentist.
