Oftentimes during a job interview, the hiring manager will ask what relevant experience a candidate has for the position. The candidate should answer honestly, and make sure they add in volunteer experience or other experience outside the workplace that is applicable.

I have been in the airline industry for almost 20 years, as Sales Manager position and was promoted to Senior Sales Manager in 2011. I have encountered many challenges from economy situation to natural disaster that will affect the company performance but we managed to overcome with profit.
