This will take several steps to complete. You will need 10mm and 7mm sockets for your socket wrench. An open end wrench and socket extension will also be handy.
1) Open hood. Remove both headlight assemblies by removing 3 10mm bolts securing each headlight to the frame. Unplug the headlight bulbs and place the lights to the side.
2) Remove the 3 10mm bolts in front of the hood latch and set aside.
3) Remove the 2 10mm nuts found on each side, inside the space left by the removed headlights. You may need an open end wrench to access these bolts.
4) Remove the 2 10mm bolts found under the bumper on each side at the front of the wheel wells. You may need a socket extension to access these bolts.
5) Remove the 6 7mm bolts found under the bumper below where the headlight assemblies where mounted.
6) With these bolts all removed, the plastic bumper and painted place nose can be slide off the front of the car in one piece.
7) There are 5 10mm bolts joining the bumper and nose piece. These can be removed if you need to separate the two pieces.
8) Reverse these steps to reinstall the front bumper.

Unbolt the front of the wheel well liner inside the wheel opening.Remove the bumper cover bolt from the bracket located inside of the bumper at the end.AT the front of the car, remove the bolts holding the bumper cover on, located underneath the vehicle.You should now be able to remove the bumper cover from the front of your Dodge Intrepid.An instructional video has been included to show you the removal process.
The 1994 Ford Explorer rear bumper is held in place with eight retaining bolts. Remove the retaining bolts and the rear bumper will come off.
there are 4 bolts holding that bumper in place. 2 are accessible through the bumper itself, you may have to remove two square covers depending on the type of bumper. the other 2 are hidden behind the bumper turn signal lights, to remove the lights, you have to look under the light with a flash light and look for the screw holding that light in place.
