start with the bolts under the hood, there are four that hold it to the inner frame support. Next there are two more on the bottom by the rocker panels. Then move on to the the next one, its in between the door and fender, this one does not have to come out, just loosen it this will make it easier to reinstall. Last but not least there are two more than must be removed threw the plastic fender liner, they go threw the fender into the bumper cover right below the edge of the headlamp and are easier removed with a extension. All of these bolts are 10mm bolts. The whole job should not take anymore than 15 or 20 min. I have don't many of these so be careful with the ones on the bottom they are bad about breaking off in the rocker, so i do recomment using wd40 or pb blaster first. Good luck with the project. Tim

I believe it is plugged into the back of the instrument panel. The instrument panel is the area that you see your speedometer, odometer, fuel gauge ect... You generally have to remove the steering wheel, the cover for the turning signal switch and such.

To remove the front bumper on a zx2 , first you need to remove all of the fasteners on the top side of the bumper. ( open the hood and look straight down, remove all of those black plastic retaing screws.) After you remove the fasteners from the topyou need to lay down and get all of those small screws on the bottom/front of the bumper. Basically they just hold on the front splash guard but you need to remove them anyways. Once you take care of the top and bottom side of the bumper you need to remove both of the front inner fender wells. It's usually easier if you remove the wheels first. Once you remove the inner fender wells, get you a 3/8 drive ratchet wrench with a LONG extension. There are two (2) bolts on each side of the bumper, I believe they are a 13mm. Take out all four (4) bolts and then remove the front bumper cover and your done.
