Our Holden vp commodore sedans central locking will not unlock all four doors. The remote has a new battery and still doesnt work can you please help us
if it doesnt work then your keys are jacked up
I dont think so, bought one yesterday and it doesnt!
its in the fuse box under your right knee and if that doesnt work check the fusebox under the bonnet.
Replace fuse 33
Check the battery, failing that call an auto locksmith who can reset it or re program a new one.
It doesnt have a switch. You just open it with your hand. It does have a lock which locks it with the central locking so it should unlock when you unlock the car.
HI IF THERE IS A HOLE FOR THE BARREL ITS A MANUALLY LOCKIN DOOR IF THERES NO HOLE ITS A CENTRAL LOCKING OPERATED DOOR SO YOU WOULD PROB HAVE TO PUT ALL YOUR WIRING/LOCK MECHANISM IN IT..................
9 times out of 10 its because of the side door there is a little black switch on the door that pops out when the doors open and back in when its closed this tells the locking system that its not locked so it re opens the doors try uncliping the switch and locking this should work Another problem that causes this is a broken earth wire to the door locking motors both front and the rear doors,it doesnt seem to matter about the side door.
because if the key doesnt have a battery in for a certain amount of time it looses all the immobilser codes etc. and is cheaper to have it all replaced then it is to have the key recoded.
It doesnt matter
