Rigt now I've been on Wellbutrin now for 6 days. what can I do to help prevent avoid electrical brain activity while getting off of Cymbalta and starting Wellbutrin?

Get plenty of exercise and eat well. Try to sleep. That's about all you can do, really. You don't want to avoid too much electrical brain activity. That's what keeps you alive.

I recently switched from Cymbalta to Welbutrin. Cymbalta is similar to Lexapro. I started the transition by halving my Cymbalta dose while starting Welbutrin.
