Should I be suspicious of my wife's persistent accusations that I'm lying cheating and don't love her with absolutely no reason to accuse me as I have never lied or cheated but am very much in love?

This may be a sign of a very insecure woman. Sometimes it can be related to past experiences with other men, or even in your own relationship. Lack of communication may be an issue, as guys in general don't have as great a need to communicate on a personal level as women do. Sometimes the little details, such not sharing the events of the day or phoning when you are late, may take on a significance that you never intended. Try to avoid this occurring. Make your life as transparent as possible - you have nothing to hide, so show it. Also make sure you are communicating your affection for her openly, in all sorts of ways, and not only in a sexual context. Also, it could be that she could be testing you out to see what you're response is.
Another reason could be a anxiety order of some type. In this case, only medical help will solve the problem...maybe you could speak with the family doctor, as it is unlikely that she will be able to see the problem for herself. It is common with anxiety disorders for the person to accuse others of doing a variety of things that they are not guilty of. Usually, the people who take the brunt of the accusations are those closest to them, and it can be incredibly difficult to cope with. The cause is an imbalance of certain chemicals in the brain which is why medication is needed. Often, the symptoms include a range of physical problems such as fatigue, insomnia, headaches etc. so if any of these are present, she may be willing to seek medical help on these grounds alone. She won't appreciate a suggestion that she has 'mental problems', so be tactful.
As hard as it may be, try to avoid getting into an argument with her, but calmly continue to reassure her that you love her. Look after yourself, too, as the stress of the situation can wear you down as well. I wouldn't think it suggests anything suspicious on her part, and hopefully the above reasons may better explain her behavior.
