Pregnancy is never a good reason to get married even if you are friends. Let it take some time and see if it works. Your lives will change as soon as you are parents and you can never imagine what that will be like. Also as married you might love each other as friends but will have to leave the idea of romantic love and being in love with someone forever behind. For the child's sake you owe yourself and him/her to give it a good and fair chance and rushing into it wont do that.
