Depends on the black snake. You really shouldn't kill it. IF it bothers you call animal services and they can have someone come and remove it

How can you properly kill a corn snake that has become cross?

i hope your kids never get cross............. If you have a corn snake that has become cross it is if from lack of care on your part there are lots of people that are still willing to take a snake that bites and care for it properly. I would find a website or newspaper and advertise that you have a free snake that has been know to bite. NEVER KILL THE SNAKE.

What snakes are Black yellow and red?

If the colors are arranged in bands around the snake then there are two possibilities: a coral snake or a milk snake. If red bands touch yellow bands then it is a coral snake. Coral snakes highly venomous and have been known to kill people. If red bands touch black bands then it is a milk snake, which is not venomous. Generally, though, you should not take the time to see which it is. If it has these colors, just stay away from it.
