yes, because the governments got tons of money, but they only offer good jobs to rich people, and they are too greedy to donate money or build shelters, so that is why you always see commercials and ads about how they want you to donate money. The government instead of donating to the poor, they are using all their money on some random wars against communists and terrorists, even though they are NOT a threat to america.
