The whole problem with a law like that it is censorship. I agree these things shouldn't be online, but who decides what is appropriate or not. What you may consider inappropriate I might not. That is why we have the First Amendment and the internet does come under freedom of speech. I think we need better control for minors getting on these sites, but other than that we don't have a king of the internet to decide what is appropriate or not.
