Should you be concerned about sites indicating court records linked to your name that you were previously unaware of?

Yes I would be.
Many times there is mistakes in our justice system.
Also you never know you could of had your identity stolen and used in a crime.
One person could have a social security number one or two digits off of yours and the clerk of the courts may have entered it wrong.. your number and not the criminals.
I think what you need to do first if there is any warrants for your arrest is find out on what.
Every court house has what is called Public Records.
Send a friend down not yourself, to pick up these public records.
In Utah they are free to look up on computers they provide for you to search on anyone in the system of Utah criminal and civil court cases and find out why and when and what and where and the judgment and the failures to appears and such and such..
Get all the information you can copied.
Then I would be getting an attorney to clear your name if these are not your incidents and/or your fines and/or your court records and you did not do these things.
This also is a signal to check your credit as well...see if maybe your credit has been used fraudulently as well and your name fraudulently, then see about the attorney helping you to get these things cleared up. And it is not always an overnight success, trust me it can take months sometimes years.
