i usually will not do a tranny flush with over 100000 miles on a vehicle. if over that many miles, have a transmission specialist inspect your vehicle.
You should not flush 1995 Honda Accord transmission fluid. Transmission fluid should be taken to the appropriate dumping site and disposed of there.

To do a transmission flush, first read the manual to your car. You will find out when you will need to do a transmission flush and how to do a flush.
Transmission flush is really good for your car. A transmission flush is a mixture of oil and transmission fluid which allows your transmission to run really smoothly.

Drain and change fluid, filter, and gasket
You can't without the right equipment needed to flush the system. The best you can do is to drop the transmission oil pan, change the filter, install pan with new gasket (some pan gaskets can be reused) and refill with new ATF fluid (aprox 4-5 qts). Doing it this way only changes less than half of the fluid in the transmission.
NEVER flush a transmission with an internal replaceable filter. The pan should be dropped, the gasket removed and replaced and the filter carefully removed to replace (do NOT leave the filter neck seal in the valve body chamber when removing the original filter). You can flush the rest of the fluid with the new filter installed, but why?
