I had my last shot January 2006, I was on it for 5 1/2 years and my body recently got back to "normal" Ask your doctor to do an ultrasound to make sure you don't have cysts. They are common after depo. After depo I had 10 cysts on my ovaries so I wasn't getting my period becaue I wasn't ovulating. I was put on Birth Control for a few months to regulate my cycle and try to dissolve the cysts before I had the surgery to remove them. I ended up getting pregnant but lost that baby, Was put on bc for 2 more months was down to only 1 cyst left and am pregnant again and everything is going good, but it can take a while. They say it takes on average a year for a couple to get pregnant since there is only a 20-25% chance of pregnancy each month. Does your doctor know you have been trying for so long? After a year and no success they will usually suggest seeing a fertility specialist. Do you know when you ovulate? Do you use OPKs? You can also go to Webmd.com and do an ovulation calendar type in how many days your cycle is and the first day of your last cycle and it will calculate your fertile time (it's free and it worked for me the first time). Good luck and I hope you get your baby soon! ANSWER 2008 : How long does it take to get it out of your system?? My best friend got the shot a few times and SEVEN years later of trying to conceive is unsuccessful. : YES YOU CAN BECOME STERILE. : AND, you can loose your bone density, increase your chances of Cervical cancer, migraines, ectopic pregnancy, and anemia. I recommend reviewing all sides of a drug like this before taking it, not just the information offered by the Doctor Who will forget your name when you leave the office, or may have personal bias regarding general population trends. : This is not a safe drug in my opinion.
A tilted cervix is usually nothing to be worried about but it means that yours does not sit straight up, it tilts towards your back. Even with a tilted cervix, you should not have trouble getting pregnant.
There should be no problem at all. Many women get pregnant immediately they stop and have no trouble.
YES !!
