I would highly recommend against eating your entire caloric intake in one shot. I know it might seem easy to just portion off your daily allotment of nutrition into one meal and eat it at once, this would result is a huge blood sugar spike. The affects of this kind of eating could cause Diabetes as well as other health related problems. It is best to eat several small meals throughout your day. I would strongly suggest checking out the food pyramid recommendations for good nutritional information and then try eating 3-4 light meals spread across your day.
