It depends on how you plan to use it. If you need it on the go then the Toshiba is a better option in terms of weight is 2.1 kg whereas HP is 3.54 kg. However Toshoba has a 4 cell battery whereas HP has 6 cell so it means the HP has more juice and can work longer. The audio of HP is far better powered by 4 speakers and 2 subwoofers by beats. It sure is a boombox. So if your looking at entertainment hands down HP is the one you should go in for. Also HP has a screen resolution of 1920x1080 whereas Toshiba has 1366x768. Hp clearly has better picture quality so your movies are going to surely be a delight and the beats audio is the icing on the cake. But when it comes to work i prefer Intel processor over AMD, (a personal choice) so i would pick a Toshiba for work. Hope it helps.
