It depends on how big the pimple is or how long it has been untended and is still growing. If it is only a small pimple then they do tend to just disappear with the simple aid of daily face washing. However if they are big and have been untended to for at least to a fortnight you should browse your local town for cleansing foam or gel. However if you have been tending to it for ages but it is only getting worse you should leave it be for a while because if you put too many chemicals on it you could make it worse and it could become a scar.
