okay i am not an expert in relationships. but the way i see it is that your best guy friend knows you love him. or else you wouldn't be friends.
if you want to tell him that you see yourself with him in a relationship as lovers, you should go with your gut feeling. i understand you may be confused or worried that he may reject you and the friendship broken. read this though, friends will be friends through anything. if the guy doesnt see you the way you would like, guess what??

we tend that think that he is the only person we can ever love but we are wrong. our heart has the ability to adapt. it takes time of course. hang in there :)
the point is that things may be peachy cream or kinda rough. but its okayy, finding love is tough but not impossible.
if you have the feeling that you should just scream out loud to him that you want him, do it. and if you don't have the courage, you will always have a doubt.
