If you get pregnant, unless you decide to lose all contact with your mother, you have to tell her sometime or another. You have to be prepared for whatever answer she may give you. If you're married, there's absolutely nothing t be ashamed of. But otherwise, just accept that you made a mistake, but now this is your baby and you will love your baby and so will your mother, no matter how disappointed you think she might be when you pop the news.
