No. Train them just like you would biceps, or any other body part. That's certainly a good question with no absolute answer. I work my abs about 2-3 times a week, like all my other muscle groups because I'm usually sore the day after. Post your own routine and what you think.

not at all, it is a good thing. Everyone should be working out every day to fit a healthy lifestyle. It is only bad to work the same muscle groups every day because the muscles being worked have no time to recover. The muscle actually because stronger a few days after a workout because it rebuilds itself with proteins.

No just think of it as its not that big a of a deal and do things that don't make you miserable.Working out every day is perfectly healthy, as long as you are also getting enough to eat, otherwise it could lead to excessive weight loss which is not healthy.

It is not a good idea to work the same muscles two days in a row, especially after vigorous workouts. The muscles need a day of rest to repair themselves.
