Staying Healthy on a Crash Diet?
A crash diet consists of significantly fewer calories than normal daily intake. Firstly, this should not be fewer than the minimum recommended caloric intake for a person's height and weight. Secondly, the calories ingested should come from healthy foods. There should be limited sugar and bad carbohydrates. Foods consumed should be packed with vitamins and minerals. A crash diet can help you lose weight, but it should not be at the risk of complexion, mood and overall health.

Will loestrin stop your period?
My doctor said that it can stop your period. This pill is to lighten and shorten the length of your period. This pill has more days in which you actually take the bc pill. Other bc pills have like 4 fewer days then you take the sugar pills. If you want to have your period while taking this pill just disregard the last real pill. It should make your start your period. If not skip the last 2. I would talk to your doctor first.

Asked in Tampons
How much tampons are used a week?
It depends completely on use and flow. Tampons should be changed every 4-6 hours - ideally women should alternate with pads, but at very least pads should be worn overnight while sleeping, so 24 hours minus the 8 while sleeping leaves 16 hours, so roughly 3-4 tampons per day maximum. If you anticipate lighter flow so women would be using fewer tampons on lighter days... ...the average is 22 tampons per month.
