its on the left side of the engine block passenger side. it has 4 screws. its hard to get to . a tight spot . located under the larger radiator hoses.1994 max.
I person needs to have a diagram when making any changes to a car. For a Nissan Sunny B12 the diagram to the air hoses connected to the intake manifold and carburetor can be found in the maintenance manual.
check your vacuum hoses, they could be loose or they could have a leak

they work off the engine vacuum through hoses.
You need to replace the purge valve and clean all of the hoses. I hope that help
I dont know about your specific car but its usually located on one of the hoses coming from the heater core, on the firewall, behind the engine.
It's under the left 1/4 panel below and behind the fuel door area. It's a square plastic part with a few hoses connected to it.

As long as you are taking it all apart, you should replace the radiator hoses, heater hoses, and accessory drive belt(s.) Be sure to get the gasket for the pump, and some hi-temp (red or blue) silicone to seal it up.
