Rhode Island was signed may 29,1790. what i need to know is who signed it.

It really wasn't "signed" so much as it was ratified by a ratifying convention, where people voted on it, and to find the people who were there would be particularly hard, because the ratification in Rhode Island was nowhere near as nasty or as widely covered as the conventions in, say, Virginia or New York (that was nasty).

However Rhode Island did not send anyone to the Constitutional Convention, so there are no signers there.
