Do some research on how to set up a fish tank, buy one for the size and type of fish you would like to get, go to the pet/fish store, and find a fish you like. The people at the fish store should be able to help you set up a fish tank too.

If you are too lazy/idle to clean a tank and look after its occupants, you are certainly not a suitable person to have one.
