The UAE does not have a 6 month Emigration ban; it does however have a mandatory 6 month Labour ban (through the department of Labour).
Dear sir,
I was working in DUBAI with 2years contract and my salary is 1750 AED. For a major health treatment for my father i was runaway with short notice giving to my company. I could not rejoin my job. my boss was send me the email that our board meting is already decided to canceled your visa and after that i have send the email for my resignation. They accepted the resignation and they told me that your case is forwarded to labor department after 6month you will check your visa status. as i check the visa status from EDNRD website my status is still showing active and they are not agreed about the status of EDNRD. I head mailed so many times to contact with the PRO for the conformation of my ban but they he did not reply me properly they just say after 6month you will check the status and you will able to apply for visit visa again.
Please suggest me how to check the status of my visa, will i be able to get visit visa before completing my 6-month ban or should i wait for completing my 6-month ban please guide me about that and tell me how much will you charged me the amount if i come before because in end of Nov ban will removed and i want to come there in end of September looking for a job in UAE will you help me i would be very thanks full to you in this regards.
THANK YOU.
Regards
Duke Alexander

Even though the rest of the world recognizes Israel as a state, the UAE does not. An unhelpful answer - the correct answer is from the UAE Embassy in Washington DC and applies to US citizens with US passports: "All Americans with US passports valid for more than six months are welcome to enter the UAE, and no longer need to obtain a visa to enter the country if the duration of stay is less than one month. This includes US citizens with visas or entry stamps from other countries." This means you CAN enter the UAE with a US passport that bears a stamp from Israel.
It is compulsory for you to be a qualified and licensed driver to hire a vehicle from Quick Lease, Rent a Car, or any other approved car hire business in the UAE. Residents of the UAE must have a valid driver's license that should be six months old. Tourists will need a valid international driving permit and a six-month-old driver's license from their home country. Other documents required are a tourist's visa copy, a passport copy, and an ID copy for UAE nationals.
The Indian Emigration regulations necessitate that citizens of India obtain emigrant clearance from the Protector of Emigrants agency before relocating to foreign countries. According to the Emigration Act of India, which has been in effect since 1983, individuals holding ECR categories on their Indian Passports must obtain emigration clearance from the POE office. So, the question arises: Can I travel to Dubai with ECR passport? It's important to note that the United Arab Emirates (UAE) does not significantly emphasize the ECR passport status; it primarily concerns the Indian Emigration Check.
