starter is located on the side of the engine, down low and to the rear where the transmission bolts to engine block
Connect it to one of the mounting bolts or the engine block. Match the size of the connector to a nearby bolt on the block.

the starter should be on the right side of the engine block there aretwo or three bolts going into the block then the starter should come down a little but on the front of the starter there is a nut holding on wires to the starter i think they are 10mm. once the bolts are out of the block and no wires are on the front of the starter it should come out. its a 10 minute job if that
The starter on a 2002 Town and Country is located along the bottom, left side of the engine. It is mounted to the engine block using a bracket and bolts.
Label wires and take them off from the soloniod, there should be two long bolts that bolt the whole assembly to the engine block , undo the bolts and starter and solonoid come out of bellhousing and off engine block. to install repeat steps backwords

It`s not attached to the flywheel. It bolts to the engine block through the bellhousing.
