There are several social, cultural and ethical issues involved when a business uses wiki collaboration. When a business uses a wiki to track project development, everyone on the project must be comfortable voicing their opinion and to freely edit others ideas and thoughts for the collaboration to be successful. Some may find without the constant face-to-face interaction trust sometimes takes longer to build between groups. Group members may not feel as comfortable voicing their opinions as they would in a face to face group setting. Additionally, some group members might feel threatened having their content changed by another group member. Some group members also can feel social isolation due to the lack of interaction within the group or do not feel comfortable editing others thoughts or criticizing an idea so publicly. Another issue the use of wikis for business collaboration can cause is employees feel they are not able to escape their job. With web access now on phones and laptops some may find it hard to have work life balance. Employees may feel pressure to constantly be engaged in work
