If you've already been seen by a physician, you are probably experiencing a reduced circulation to your toes because the inflammation is compressing blood vessels. The advice they should have give you: RICE: rest, ice, compression, elevation. Wrap an elastic bandage only moderately tight (don't cut off circulation, it doesn't need to be tight) around the foot for 1-2 hr intervals and unwrap for 15-20 minutes, repeat. Ice packs for the first 24 hours. Elevate the foot on the arm of a couch. After 24 hours, the ice pack and elastic bandage wont be of much benefit.
The swelling of a joint makes movement more difficult. The idea being that moving an injured joint could cause further injury.

If you have sprained your ankle previously you may have already completely ruptured the ligament (ATF ligament, likely). Subsequent experiences of rolling your ankle may result in rupturing blood vessels (leading to swelling/bruising) but little pain because there is no ligament left to actually sprain. That, and you are likely quite lax in the ankle joint, meaning it happens easily.

My ankle just stopped swelling 2 days ago witch was 2 months after I sprained it! so it may be swollen for a while
If your ankle is swollen slightly then you should not have to convince your father that you have sprained your ankle. Put hot and cold cloths on it to bring the swelling down and a tensor bandage (not too tight) that you can buy at the drug store. Meanwhile talk to your mother or an aunt to have the ankle looked at in case you have a hairline fracture.
i think you just sprained a little bit. get some rest. put some cold treatment on that part so ease the swelling.
Trust me, it's just growing pains OR you may have sprained it or done something to it while, I don't know, participating in certain activities?
Walking is not usually good if you have swollen ankles. It is best to prop your legs up and let the swelling go down.
