A sloth, I think... Their claws are like long as :P There's probably some reptile or something that has longer claws but I've gone through pages and pages on Google and can't find anything. T.T

Anteaters, tamanduas, and pangolins all fit that description. All three of those use the claws to tear open termite mounds or the bark on trees to reveal insects (usually ants and termites). They then stick out their long sticky tongues and collect insects on them.
