dust the plastic pants with baby powder quite often,it should soften them up or she can wear tights over them there is no real way to prevent them from crinkling,other than wearing them snug.the baby powder is only temporary.i am catholic and female and my plastic pants crinkled under my dress all day.my friends could hear them.most of the girls had the same problem. wear tights over the plastic pants!
