Most probably the light switch assembly on the steering column needs replaced.
Short in the wiring or inside one of the plugs.
Check BRAKE fluid level. Or is it a "tail lamp" warning? Y-THINK-Y
Check the Brake switch that's mounted on the brake pedal bracket, they can get jamed and cause the contacts to pass the 12 volts to the lights. Good luck!
Check bulbs they are double filamented smaller filament is for stop lights larger is for tail lights Check fuse for stop lights Check stop light switch Check all lights in car. In my Legend some of the lights were connected in series so I had to replace a front parking light in order for a rear one to work.
brake lights won't go off 1995 acura intergra
try e brakes..turn the e brakes on and see if it turns off.if it does then you have suto headlights
Explain what it is doing! is water coming out of the tail pipe? do you see white smoke coming out of the tail pipe?
call a HONDA dealer and they will let you know., Else try it for fit.
If your headlights work, but your tail lights don't, your bulbs could be blown. It is possible that you have a shortage in your car.
It is possible the brake light switch is broken or out of adjustment and the lights you see in back are the brake lights stuck on.
You left some wires unplugged.
Replace the headlihgt switch, it's a common problem
