Getting married to a U.S. citizen will not make you a legal resident. If you are in the U.S. legally you can file to adjust your status to a legal resident.
If you are in the U.S. illegally, getting married to a U.S. citizen will not help. You will need to go back to your country and apply for either a K1 fiance visa or a K3 spousal visa.
Marriage.
technically you are considered married in the us, but if you don't tell, nobody will ever know.
Nothing
They are, but only if you do things properly. It is only legal in the UK if:The marriage was conducted by a real, registered marriage chapel with a person who holds a real licence to conduct legal marriages. There are many "just for fun" marriage chapels in Vegas which will not grant you legal marriage status anywhere, US or UK.You will need to inform the relevant authorities in the UK that you are legally married and provide documentation. The chapel you get married in is not going to tell the British Embassy about your wedding - that is not heir job. You have to tell the relevant people yourself when you return home by showing them the relevant documentation (no need to register, they just need proof). Your wife will also need to contact the banks, insurance, DVLA and so on to have her legal surname changed. You can find out how to inform British authorities of the marriage from this page on the official British government website (click here).
Honesty is the key to marriage. Try counsiling
Both the United States and Mexico recognize marriages performed in other jurisdictions as long as the marriage was legal in the jurisdiction it was performed. Both countries, however, reserve the right to reject a marriage which is "against public policy" (e.g., incestuous or polygamous marriages). As for same-sex marriages, they are recognized by Mexico and all Mexican states, but not by the federal government in the United States and not by most U.S. states. I believe you are asking if a previous marriage performed in Mexico will prevent you from marrying someone else in the United States. That answer is YES. When you apply for a marriage license, you will need to state how many times you were married before. If you lie and say you were not married, then you are committing the crime of bigamy and your newly attempted marriage is fraudulent and invalid. If you tell the truth and say you were previously married in Mexico, you will be asked to show how that marriage ended (whether in divorce, annulment or death of one spouse). If your previous marriage was a same-sex marriage and you are seeking to marry in a U.S. state that does not recognize same-sex marriage, then presumably you would be allowed to marry someone of the opposite sex as the same-sex marriage is considered invalid.
You are always unhappy.
Every right to be beautiful inside. Every right to tell you how gorgeous you are. Every right to listen to you. The right to love, the right to be good kissers, the right to RESPECT YOUR MORALS.

Has he mentioned marriage with you before. Does he often talks about marriage. Does he shares a dream of the future with you.
If you really like this girl who already has a boyfriend, tell her anyway. She's not married so it's not to late. A marriage is a promise to honor and love each other until death do part (natural death). However, when there is no marriage, there is no legal promise. Go for it and see if she feels the same way. If you find out that she doesn't feel the same way, at least you tried.
